What We Do
We analyse millions of crime records from the official Police.uk database and other public sources to calculate a safety rating for any address in England and Wales. Our reports cover the area around your property, nearby schools, transport hubs, emergency facilities, and 999 response times — benchmarked against regional averages so you know exactly how an area compares.
Official data. Nothing made up.
Our Data
All 17.8 million crime records used in our reports come directly from Police.uk — the same data used by the Home Office. It is updated monthly by police forces across England and Wales. On top of this we use data from the Office of National Statistics, the NHS and other public bodies.
